Cancellation Policy
Please Read our Appointment Policies: • To finalize an appointment, it is necessary to provide a deposit of MX$300 per service • We will re-confirm your appointment one day prior to the scheduled date. • The deposit is refundable up to 24 hours before the appointment. • If necessary, you may reschedule and apply the same deposit so long as it is more than 24 hours before your appointment. • Because we strive to provide the best professional service to you and all clients, if you are more than 15 minutes late to your service, we will be forced to cancel the appointment and be unable to refund the deposit. • We love to provide beauty services in multiple areas, but please note that for locations other than listed on the service page, prices and fees vary based on location costs.
